Directions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion, stir-fry until tender.
Add shrimp and cook until pink.
Pour sauce mixture into wok, stir until thickened.
Serve hot with rice.
