Cookie Dough Snickers & Reese’s Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Snickers bars, chopped
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
Chocolate sauce
Caramel sauce
Chopped peanuts
Directions: Prepare the Cookie Dough: Start by creaming the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Blend in the milk and vanilla extract until well incorporated. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour until combined. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze until firm.
Make the Ice Cream Base: Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine and Freeze: Add the chopped Snickers bars, chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and the frozen cookie dough balls to the ice cream mixture. Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan. Drizzle in chocolate and caramel sauce, swirling it for a marbled effect. Top with chopped peanuts. Cover the loaf pan and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
Serve and Enjoy: Serve scoops of the creamy ice cream topped with additional chocolate and caramel sauce, along with more chopped peanuts.
