Cosmic Bubblegum Candy Cups

Ingredients:

For the Candy Cups:
2 cups white chocolate chips or candy melts
Gel food coloring (pink, blue, purple)
For the Filling:
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup bubblegum-flavored syrup
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
For Decoration:
Edible glitter or shimmer dust
Star-shaped sprinkles
Small edible pearls
Directions:
Prepare the Candy Cups:
Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15-20 seconds until smooth.
Divide the melted chocolate into three bowls. Add a few drops of pink, blue, and purple gel food coloring to each bowl and mix well.
Using a spoon or small paintbrush, layer the colors inside silicone cupcake molds, swirling them together slightly to create a cosmic effect. Make sure the sides are well-coated.
Place the molds in the freezer for 10 minutes to set.
Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine marshmallow fluff, bubblegum-flavored syrup, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and fluffy.
Transfer the filling to a piping bag or spoon it into the candy cups. Fill each cup about three-quarters full.
Seal the Cups:
Use the remaining melted chocolate to cover the filling, creating a smooth, sealed layer.
Freeze the cups for another 10 minutes until completely set.
Decorate the Candy Cups:
Carefully remove the candy cups from the molds.
Lightly brush the tops with edible glitter or shimmer dust for a sparkling, galactic finish.
Add star-shaped sprinkles and edible pearls for extra cosmic charm.
