Crack Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients:
For the Chicken Mixture:
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the Lasagna Layers:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly combined.
Assemble the Lasagna:
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles over the sauce. Top with one-third of the chicken mixture, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers two more times, ending with a layer of Alfredo sauce and a mix of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake:
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Cool and Serve:
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with additional bacon or fresh parsley, if desired.
