Creamy Buffalo Chicken Stroganoff
Ingredients:
12 oz egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
1 lb chicken breast, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish
Directions:
Cook Noodles:
Boil egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Cook Chicken:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully cooked and browned.
Make Sauce:
Add chicken broth and Buffalo sauce to the skillet. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine:
Add cooked noodles and shredded cheddar to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
Serve:
