Creamy Chicken Alfredo Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 (16 oz) bag frozen tater tots
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Spread the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the mixture in a single layer, covering the entire surface.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy and the casserole is bubbly around the edges.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish, if desired. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
