Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Let’s Make It Happen:
Prep the Lobster Tails:
Cut the lobster shells down the middle, pull the meat up, and rest it on top of the shell. Season with salt and pepper.
Butter-Baste the Lobster:
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the lobster tails, meat side down, and sear for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the meat is opaque. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine Lobster and Sauce:
Return the lobster tails to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Cook for 2 more minutes to heat through.
Serve:
Plate the lobster tails with extra sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
Tips for Extra Magic:
Pair with crusty bread or mashed potatoes to soak up the sauce.
Add a pinch of paprika for a smoky kick.
Serve with a side of roasted asparagus for a complete meal.
