Creamy Garlic Sauce for Pizza

Creamy Garlic Sauce for Pizza
(Because pizza deserves a garlicky upgrade!)

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

1/2 cup sour cream

4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tbsp garlic powder for a quicker fix)

1 tbsp lemon juice (or white vinegar)

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp paprika (optional, for a smoky hint)

1-2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Mix It Up: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Blend Smooth: Whisk until creamy and well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Chill & Serve: Let it sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to let the flavors meld. Drizzle over pizza, use as a dip, or spread on sandwiches!

Pro Tips from @novaspicelab
For a roasted garlic version, roast 4-5 garlic cloves in the oven until soft and caramelized, then mash and mix into the sauce.

Add a pinch of red chili flakes for a spicy kick!
