Creamy Ricotta Beef Stuffed Shells Pasta


Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 large egg
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
– 3 cups marinara sauce
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Directions:
First, cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s nicely browned and fully cooked, then drain any excess fat. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Make sure everything is mixed well. Next, take the cooked pasta shells and fill them with the beef and ricotta mixture. In a saucepan, mix together marinara sauce, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese and heat the mixture until it’s warmed through and the cheese has melted. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Take a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom, then arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and pour the remaining sauce over the top. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. After that, remove the foil and let it bake for another 10-15 minutes until everything is bubbling and golden.ย
