Creamy Velveeta Beef Stroganoff and Penne Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
Stir in beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and mix in Velveeta cheese until melted and creamy. Add sour cream and stir until combined.
Toss in the cooked pasta, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
