½ cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
For the Coating:
1 cup panko breadcrumbs (or crushed pork rinds for keto)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
For Serving (Optional):
Ranch, marinara, or buffalo sauce for dipping
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
