CROCK POT RANCH CHICKEN SANDWICHES
Tender, flavorful chicken slow-cooked in ranch seasoning and served on a soft bun for a simple and delicious sandwich!
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
8 sandwich buns
Lettuce, tomato, or other desired sandwich toppings (optional)
Directions:
Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
Add Seasoning and Broth: Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken as well.
Cook the Chicken: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken in the crock pot.
Add Cream Cheese and Cheese (Optional): Stir in the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese (if using) until everything is well combined and creamy.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Scoop the ranch chicken mixture onto the sandwich buns. Add any desired toppings such as lettuce or tomato.
Serve: Serve the sandwiches warm and enjoy!
