1 cup (230g) unsalted butter (softened)
2½ cups (300g) powdered sugar
¾ cup (75g) cocoa powder
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Ganache:
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
4 oz (115g) semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)

Prepare the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans. Mix the Batter:
