Epic Multi-Stacked Smash Burger Tower 🍔🍔🍔
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef (or plant-based ground meat for a vegetarian option)
8 burger buns
8 slices cheddar cheese
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 tomato, sliced
8 lettuce leaves
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
Preheat a large skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
Shape the ground beef into 8 small balls. Season with salt and pepper.
Place each beef ball in the skillet or on the grill and smash it down with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty.
While the patties cook, toast the buns in the skillet until golden.
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to make the sauce.
Assemble the burger tower: Start with a bun, then layer with a patty, a slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce, and a few onion rings. Repeat the layers to create a towering stack of burgers.
Top with the final bun and secure with a skewer or toothpicks if needed.
Serve immediately and enjoy the epic tower!
