For the Cake:
● 1½ cups all-purpose flour

● 1 cup boiling water
● 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
For the Ganache:
● 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped

Preheat & Prep – Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
