Garlic Butter Air Fryer Scallops 





“Perfectly tender scallops with a golden sear, infused with garlic butter and finished with a burst of fresh lemon—quick and luxurious!”
Ingredients:
1 lb large scallops, cleaned and patted dry
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the scallops generously with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring each scallop is evenly coated.

Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the scallops are opaque and golden around the edges.

Remove the scallops from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty finish.
