Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Garlic Butter Lobster Tails 🦞🍋
Succulent lobster tails smothered in a rich garlic butter sauce, broiled to golden perfection and garnished with fresh parsley—seafood indulgence at its finest!
Ingredients:
6 lobster tails (4–5 oz each)
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat the broiler in your oven. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Using kitchen shears, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out, leaving it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell for a neat presentation.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
3️⃣ Season the Lobster:
Place the prepared lobster tails on the baking sheet. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Reserve a small amount of the butter mixture for serving.
4️⃣ Broil the Lobster Tails:
Broil the lobster tails for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque, tender, and lightly golden on top. Keep a close eye to avoid overcooking.
5️⃣ Serve:
Remove from the oven and drizzle the reserved garlic butter over the lobster tails. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a zesty finish.
Tips:
Pair these lobster tails with garlic bread, mashed potatoes, or a crisp green salad for a complete and memorable meal.
To elevate the experience, serve with a side of warm melted butter for dipping.
