Garlic Butter Shrimp & Sausage Stir-Fry
A flavorful, protein-packed stir-fry ready in minutes! Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Step by Step:
Sauté the Sausage:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same pan, melt butter and add shrimp.
Season with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink. Remove and set aside. Sauté the Broccoli:
Add broccoli to the pan with a splash of water.
Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Combine & Sauce:
Return shrimp and sausage to the pan.
Stir in minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey.
Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve & Enjoy:
Plate hot and serve as is or over rice!
