Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Cheesy Alfredo Twists
#### **Ingredients:**
– 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 12 oz pasta twists (rotini or cavatappi)
– 3 tbsp butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– ½ tsp black pepper
– ½ tsp Italian seasoning
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella
#### **Instructions:**
1. **Cook Pasta:** Boil pasta, drain, and set aside.
2. **Cook Steak:** Heat butter in a skillet, season steak with salt and pepper, and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned. Set aside.
3. **Make Sauce:** In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
4. **Combine:** Toss pasta and steak into the sauce, then top with mozzarella.
5. **Serve:** Let cheese melt slightly and enjoy!
