Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with melted butter.
Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure even coating.
Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
