Green Chile Cheese Squares 



Ingredients:
β 4 large eggs 

β 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 

β 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 

β 1 cup all-purpose flour 

β 1 teaspoon baking powder 

β 1/2 teaspoon salt 

β 1/2 cup melted butter 

β 1 cup milk 

β 2 4-ounce cans diced green chiles, drained 

Instructions:
3. Stir in the shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses

4. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt together, then fold the mixture into the eggs 

.



5. Add the melted butter and milk, stirring until smooth 
.


6. Gently fold in the diced green chiles
.

7. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared dish and bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and set

8. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving warm
