Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Bowls with Creamy Garlic Sauceย ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿฅฆ

Ingredients:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 cups broccoli florets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (75ยฐC). Remove from grill and let rest before slicing.
3. In a pot of boiling water, blanch broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
4. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat. Add minced garlic and simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, mixing until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. In serving bowls, layer broccoli and sliced grilled chicken. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
