Ingredients
For the Lobster Tails:
2 lobster tails
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup white wine (optional)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail, then gently pull the meat out and rest it on top.
Brush the lobster meat with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2️⃣ Grill the Lobster:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the lobster tails shell-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes until opaque and slightly charred.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the tails and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in white wine (if using) and let it reduce.
Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese, cooking until smooth and slightly thickened.
4️⃣ Serve & Garnish:

Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the grilled lobster tails.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
