● 2 cups all-purpose flour
● 2 tsp baking powder
● ½ tsp salt
● ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
● 1 cup granulated sugar
● 3 large eggs
● ½ cup milk

📝 Directions

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.

2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3️⃣ Cream Butter & Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 4 minutes).
