Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin 


Ingredients:

For the Pork Tenderloin:

2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Prepare the Pork Tenderloin: In a bowl, combine the pork tenderloins, olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Let the pork marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours.
Cook the Pork Tenderloin: Grill or pan-fry the pork tenderloins until cooked through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes per side. Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Serve: Slice the pork tenderloin and arrange on plates. Drizzle with the Creamy Garlic Sauce and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
Tips:

For a spicier dish, add more red pepper flakes to the marinade.
Serve the pork tenderloin with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
