I just made this creamy garlic Parmesan tortellini with chicken and broccoli, and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of creamy sauce, tender chicken, and fresh broccoli with cheese tortellini is a weeknight dinner dream. It’s quick, easy, and so satisfying.

Ingredients:

12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or cooked)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until it begins to thicken.
Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
Add the cooked tortellini, chicken, and broccoli to the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated in the creamy sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
