Ice Cream Loaf Cake – A Fun & Easy Dessert! 
This Ice Cream Loaf Cake is the perfect blend of cake and ice cream in one! Simple to make and incredibly delicious, it’s a treat everyone will love. Perfect for hot summer days or any time you’re craving a sweet indulgence!
Ingredients:
For the Cake: 
1 box vanilla or chocolate cake mix (or your favorite homemade recipe) 3 large eggs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 cup water
For the Ice Cream Layers: 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened) 2 cups chocolate ice cream (softened) 2 cups strawberry ice cream (softened)
For Garnish (optional): Chocolate syrup or caramel drizzle Sprinkles or crushed nuts Fresh fruit (optional) Instructions:
Prepare the Cake:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the box (typically, combine eggs, oil, water, and the cake mix).
Pour the cake batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely.
Layer the Ice Cream:
Once the cake is completely cool, carefully slice it into 1-inch thick layers.
In a separate bowl, soften the vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream by letting them sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the cake in the loaf pan, smoothing it evenly.
Place the ice cream layer in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to set.
Repeat this step with chocolate ice cream and strawberry ice cream, layering each flavor on top of the last and freezing in between to ensure it sets properly.
Assemble the Cake:
Once all the ice cream layers are frozen and set, place the last layer of cake on top of the final ice cream layer.
Freeze the whole cake for at least 2 hours to make sure everything is solid.
Serve & Garnish:
When ready to serve, remove the cake from the freezer and let it sit for about 5 minutes before slicing for easier cutting.
