Juicy Roasted Turkey Breast with Garlic Herb Butter .

Ingredients:
1 boneless turkey breast (about 3-4 lbs)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a roasting pan with foil or parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika until well combined.
Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Gently loosen the skin and spread half of the garlic herb butter under the skin. Spread the remaining butter evenly over the top.
Drizzle the olive oil over the turkey breast and place it in the roasting pan. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan to keep the meat moist.
Roast for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) when checked with a meat thermometer.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
