Ingredients:
* 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chicken bites to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
4. Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened.
6. Serve immediately.
