Ingredients:– 8 ounces elbow macaroni
– 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
– 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
– 1 cup milk
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Directions:
Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine lobster and pasta: In a large bowl, gently mix the cooked pasta, lobster meat, and cheese sauce until everything is well coated.
