Luxurious Lobster Bites in Aromatic Garlic Butter Sauce

“Succulent lobster chunks coated in a rich, buttery garlic sauce with hints of lemon and herbs—perfect for a decadent appetizer or indulgent dinner.”
Ingredients:
For the Lobster:
1½ to 2 lbs lobster tail meat, cut into bite-sized chunks
2 tablespoons olive oil or unsalted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 tablespoon white wine (optional)
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions:

If using frozen lobster, thaw completely.
Remove meat from shells and cut into bite-sized chunks.

Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté the lobster chunks for 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add white wine and let it reduce for 2 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice, thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let the sauce simmer for 1 minute.

Return the cooked lobster chunks to the skillet.
Gently toss the lobster in the sauce to coat evenly.
Let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper, if needed.

Transfer the lobster bites to a serving platter.
Spoon the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for extra brightness.
