INGREDIENTS:
Marinated Greek Lamb Chops with Mushrooms and Tomatoes



– Lamb chops
– Olive oil
– Lemon juice
– Garlic cloves
– Dried oregano
– Salt
– Black pepper
– Mushrooms
– Cherry tomatoes
– Fresh parsley





INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
2. Place the lamb chops in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Allow them to marinate for at least 1 hour, or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor.
