– 2 tbsp ketchup
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss each type of meat in the marinade separately.

8. Season fries with salt and any optional spices while hot.
9. For the dipping sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using). Stir until well combined.
