📝 Ingredients:

🍪 200g digestive biscuits (crushed)
🧈 100g unsalted butter (melted)
✨ Cheesecake Filling:
🧀 500g cream cheese (softened)
🍫 ½ cup Nutella
🍦 1 cup heavy cream
🍚 ½ cup powdered sugar
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍫 2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for extra richness)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
🍪 Prepare the crust: Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the base of a springform pan. Refrigerate to set while preparing the filling.
🧀 Make the cheesecake filling: Beat the cream cheese and Nutella together until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
🍫 Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella-cream cheese mixture until well combined.
🧁 Assemble: Pour the cheesecake filling onto the chilled biscuit crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
❄️ Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
