NUTELLA CHEESECAKE (NO-BAKE)
Ingredients:
Crust:
200g digestive biscuits (crushed)
100g unsalted butter (melted)
Cheesecake Filling:
500g cream cheese (softened)
½ cup Nutella
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional, for extra richness)
Instructions:
Prepare the crust: Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the base of a springform pan. Refrigerate to set while preparing the filling.
Make the cheesecake filling: Beat the cream cheese and Nutella together until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella-cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Assemble: Pour the cheesecake filling onto the chilled biscuit crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
Serve: Decorate with extra Nutella, chocolate shavings, or hazelnuts if desired, and enjoy!
