Oreo Balls
A Delightful No-Bake Treat Made with Oreos
Ingredients:
– 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 bag chocolate chips (milk or dark)
– Sprinkles, for decoration (optional)
Directions:
1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor or place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
2. In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
5. While the balls chill, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.
6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
7. Place the dipped Oreo balls back on the parchment paper. If desired, add sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens.
8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your sweet treat!
