INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Bangus
2 medium eggplant
5 pcs medium tomatoes
5 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 thumb sized ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup vinegar
Green chilies (siling pansinigang)
1 tbsp. Cooking oil
Sugar to taste
Patis to taste
1 cup water
PROCEDURE
1. Arrange ang bangus, talong, kamatis, garlic, onion, ginger at green chili sa kawali. Timplahan ng kaunting asin at paminta. Then lagyan ng suka at tubig. Takpan at lutuin ng 15 minutes gamit ang medium heat.
2. After 15 minutes, tikman. Lagyan ng asukal at patis ayon sa panlasa. Naglalagay rin ako ng kaunting cooking oil sa last minute
