Salted Caramel Cracker Bites 



Ingredients:
– 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks) 

– 9 oz bag oyster crackers �
– 2 tsp vanilla extract 

– 1 cup packed brown sugar 

– 1 tsp salt 

– ½ tsp cinnamon 

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread crackers in one layer
.

2. Melt butter, then stir in sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Simmer 2-3 mins until thickened
.

3. Pour caramel over crackers, coating evenly. Sprinkle with salt
.

4. Bake 7-9 mins until golden (watch closely)
.

5. Cool completely, then break into pieces. Store airtight
.
