Seafood Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce


Ingredients
– ½ cup unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper
– ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
– ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
– 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
– ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional, for extra flavor)

Directions
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
3. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper if using.
4. Simmer for another minute, stirring occasionally.
5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
6. Serve warm as a dipping sauce for crab legs, shrimp, lobster, or other seafood.

Storage Information
– Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
– Reheat gently over low heat before serving.
