Ingredients:
For the Ice Cream Base:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
For the Edible Cookie Dough:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
¼ cup milk
½ cup mini chocolate chips
For the Candy Mix-ins:
½ cup Snickers bars, chopped
½ cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (about 20-25 minutes).

2️⃣ Make the Edible Cookie Dough:
In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Stir in vanilla, milk, and heat-treated flour. Fold in mini chocolate chips and refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm. Break into small chunks.

(*Heat-treat the flour by microwaving for 30 seconds or baking at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes to make it safe to eat raw.)

3️⃣ Assemble the Ice Cream:
Once the ice cream is churned, transfer it to a large bowl or container. Gently fold in the cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s peanut butter cups.

4️⃣ Freeze & Serve:
Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy the ultimate candy-packed ice cream extravaganza!

🍦 Tip: Drizzle with chocolate sauce or caramel for an extra indulgent touch!
