Steak and Shrimp Teriyaki Noodles
Ingredients:
8 oz noodles (your choice)
1/2 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions:
Cook Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
Cook Steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Cook Shrimp: In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Combine Everything: Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat. Add the steak and shrimp back to the skillet and stir to combine.
Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
