Steak & Shrimp Noodles


Ingredients:

8 oz steak, thinly sliced
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz noodles
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:

Prepare noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add steak slices, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Add garlic, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Return the steak, shrimp, and noodles to the skillet, stirring to combine.
Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing until the noodles are evenly coated and the dish is heated through.
Serve immediately, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
