Ingredients:
2 steaks (your choice of cut)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
8-10 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup chicken broth
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, optional)
Directions:
Cook Steaks: Season steaks with salt, pepper, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks to your preferred doneness (4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Set aside.
Cook Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter and add shrimp. Season with Cajun seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook until the sauce thickens.
Combine and Serve: Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Place steaks on plates, top with creamy Cajun shrimp sauce, and garnish with parsley.
