Super Sarap Homemade Pork tocino Recipe
Ingredients!
-2 kilos thinly slices pork kasim na may taba
-3 cups sprite
-2 and 1/2 cups brown sugar
-5 to 8 cloves garlic
-3 tsp ground pepper
-2 tbsps oyster sauce
-4 tbsps soy sauce
-1/4 cup white vinegar
-1/4 cup cooking oil
-4 tbsps salt(adjust)
-2 tsp baking soda
-msg(optional)
â– Procedure:
1. Marinate the pork
In a large bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce ,vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, garlic and sugar and oil.Mix well to ensure all ingredients pod are thoroughly combined then add the baking soda mix again before adding the sprite or 7 up.
Good thing about homemade is you can always adjust the taste and ingredients.
2. transfer the pork and marinade to a tub , container or a resealable plastic bag.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, preferably overnight for the best flavor.
3. Cook the Pork Tocino:
over medium heat. Add the marinated pork along with the marinade.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low
Cook the pork until the liquid evaporates add oil when the pork starts to caramelize, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. Cooking time should take 15 to 20
