4 large eggs

Directions:
Cook the Sausages:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sausage links or patties until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove and keep warm.
Prepare the Hash Browns:
In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the hash browns, spreading them into an even layer. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the Eggs:
In a clean skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook sunny side up, or as preferred (scrambled, over-easy, etc.). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Toast the Bread:
While the eggs cook, toast the bread in a toaster or skillet until golden brown.
Assemble the Breakfast Plate:
Arrange two sausages, one serving of hash browns, one egg, and one slice of toast on each plate. Garnish with parsley if desired.
