Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars:

Ingredients
For the Bars:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
Directions
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Mix the Wet Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Combine the Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake the Bars:

Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool and Cut:

Remove from the oven and let the bars cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
